Coastal and Marine Science Field Project 300 is a project-based unit that tasks students with developing and carrying out a research project related to an anthropogenic impact on the coastal zone. The unit is a capstone-type unit, preparing students for employment in a range of workplaces including federal and local government, environment and conservation agencies, environmental consulting firms and non-government organisations.
